THE WORK

Managing collections process on assigned portfolio of customers

Resolving customers disputes pertaining to Collections

Answering customers incoming queries

Making recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectable debt

Building long term business relationship with customers
-
Planning and prioritizing own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
-
Minimum one year experience in Cash Collection/Customer service (B2B) process
-
Fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for contacting clients email and phone in a B2B (Business-to-Business) setting
-
Good knowledge of MS Office package
-
High accuracy and attention to details
-
Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
-
Ability to work in a hybrid mode from the office located in Warsaw city centre (2/3 days per week)
