Our Financial Crime Technology team in Poland delivers innovative products and consulting services to global PwC clients, addressing key challenges in the Anti Financial Crime area (Anti Money Laundering, Combating Terrorism Financing, Fraud Risk Management, FATCA and Financial Sanctions implementation etc.).
We are looking for:
Junior Scrum Master with German
Your future role:
- Work collaboratively with Client or internal teams to organize and define Sprints and Sprint goals, allocate time and oversee timetable of meetings,
- Promote, facilitate and apply Scrum framework (values, events, artifacts) on development projects,
- Learn, absorb and support development of new ways of working in order to implement them in daily operations,
- Support Client or internal teams to transform towards optimized Agile / Scrum setup,
- Provide on time and accurate reporting (estimates of capacity, Sprint planning, Sprint closing etc.),
- Capture agreed action items and run meeting minutes to provide precise update,
- Analyse the sprint progress and monitor remaining work to achieve the Sprint Goal, provide updates to all project team members and notify all the stakeholders of any priority changes,
- Support product owners and development teams to define their Sprint goals and prioritize their backlog in line with agreed release plan,
- Work on internal initiatives developing new value propositions for our Clients.
Apply if you have:
- Very good communication skills including German language at B2 level or above (C1 or above preferred),
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and Client teams as well as management (e.g. delivering concise decision-driving presentations),
- Strong organizational skills,
- Innovative, entrepreneurial and eager to learn,
- Prior experience in a role of Scrum Master,
- Min 2 years experience in agile development process (any role),
- Experience in use of application lifecycle management systems (ADO, TFS, Jira or similar),
- Understanding of software development processes and procedures,
- Knowledge of agile methods, frameworks and techniques,
- Analytical skills with ability to summarize complex issues or data to effective share management information.
