Infrastructure Managed Services Team is part of Managed Services Operations in PwC Poland, complementing PwC’s Capital Projects & Infrastructure Practice offering comprehensive set of services supporting our clients in preparation, structuring and implementation of infrastructure projects & investments.
Infrastructure Managed Services encompasses full suite of services focusing on successful delivery of investment projects including infrastructure and construction projects & program management, cost controlling, risk management, schedule management, quality controlling & management, documents management, construction on-site support, project controls, contract & claim management, stakeholders management and other.
Infrastructure Managed Services Team while based in Poland focuses on servicing clients across the whole EMEA region with Poland and Germany being priority markets.

We are looking for:

Specialist in Documentation Management

Your future role:

  • Support our clients in successful delivery of large, groundbreaking, complex & long-term infrastructure investment projects with effective construction monitoring and management services,
  • Support in delivery of client engagements focusing on infrastructure construction management services in the area of documentation management, including:
  • Design, plan and implementation a needs-based document management system and associated system,
  • Optimize and standardize document processes, implementing tools and templates in large-scale projects and for report preparation,
  • Proactive process management focusing on quality assurance,
  • Cooperating closely with various teams (incl. cost controlling, risk management, schedule management) and stakeholders and ensure that our clients can implement their major construction projects successfully and efficiently in accordance with the project goals,
  • Support in design and optimization of service delivery model and process flow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Apply if you have:

  • Relevant engineering degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in controlling and management of medium and large infrastructure and construction projects, or in a comparable environment,
  • Practical work experience in the area of documentation management for the construction of medium / large investment projects (preferably in infrastructure),
  • In-depth knowledge of documentation management in the area of infrastructure and large-scale investments construction,
  • Confidence in using industry-specific software and key relevant MS Office products,
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders,
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously,
  • Proficiency in English.

  • Proficiency in German will be considered a strong plus (however, not a necessary requirement).
