THE WORK:
- Run cash and positions controls, ensuring reconciliation vs custody oversight while embracing challenges as opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for middle and back office inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to constant progress.
- Validate NAV prices produced by fund accountants for specific portfolios, thriving on continuous advancement.
- Assist Fund Managers in tasks like cash management, asset servicing, and instrument valuation, driven by challenges.
- Participate in portfolio creation, system development, and ad hoc projects, proactively enhancing skills and embracing new opportunities.
The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- ·A degree in Business Finance or relevant experience in Asset Management Operations.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Middle Office or Front Office Support roles.
- Strong Excel skills; advanced VBA and macro skills are a plus.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Good understanding of the Asset Management industry and in-depth knowledge of financial instruments, including OTC derivatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of Investment Management Operations, as well as Fund Administration and Accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with a team spirit.
