YOUR PROJECT

We are seeking a Business Analyst for project that pertains to the marketing and sales area. The goal of the project is analyzing, prediction and optimization of revenue growth management.

YOUR CLIENT

Our customer is a global management consulting firm. Its clients are leading organization in public, private and social sectors all over the world.

YOUR TASKS

• Participate in communication with stakeholders to help identify project scope, deliverables and business and software requirements
• Develop user stories and closely work with the dev team on user stories refinement
• Work closely with UX-design team
• Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, and validation
• Establish a change management process to ensure any change to the scope is relevant, approved by stakeholders and documented
• Participate in a meeting with stakeholders
• Facilitate grooming sessions with the team
• Assist with incoming requests estimation
• Validate implemented functionality to make sure that it`s matching the requirements
• Participate\conduct a demo for project stakeholders
• Be ready to take Scrum Master role if needed

YOUR PROFILE

• 0,5 - 1 year of commercial experience in BA
• English – upper-intermediate or higher
• Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
• Knowledge of business analysis best practices (ideally BABOK)
• Knowledge of requirements lifecycle
• Knowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)
• Knowledge and experience in the software development methodologies (preferably Agile)
• Understanding of modern WEB technologies
• Experience with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.
• QA background will be a plus
• Experience working with Data Analytical solutions or marketing and sales domain will be a plus
