The FCU Technology team at PwC Polska includes over 100 IT specialists. The financial services industry operates in a challenging environment due to global economic pressures, increasing regulatory and capital requirements, and significant operational and technological changes. As FCU Technology, we provide innovative technological solutions, data analytics and consulting services for global PwC clients, responding to key challenges in the area of Anti Financial Crime (Anti Money Laundering, Combating Terrorism Financing, Fraud Risk Management, FATCA and implementation of financial sanctions, etc.).
We are looking for:
Scrum Master with German
Your future role:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to organize and define Sprints and Sprint goals, allocate time and oversee timetable of meetings,
- Promote, facilitate and apply Scrum framework (values, events, artifacts) on development projects,
- Provide on time and accurate reporting (estimates of capacity, Sprint planning, Sprint closing etc.),
- Capture agreed action items and run meeting minutes to provide precise update,
- Analyse the sprint progress and monitor remaining work to achieve the Sprint Goal, provide updates to all project team members and notify all the stakeholders of any priority changes,
- Support product owner and Technology development teams to define their Sprint goals and prioritize their backlog in line with agreed release plan,
- Work on internal initiatives developing new value propositions for our Clients,
- Coach junior staff.
Apply if you have:
- Prior experience in a role of Scrum Master,
- Min 2 years experience in agile development process (any role),
- Proficient knowledge of application lifecycle management systems (ADO, TFS, Jira),
- Knowledge of software development processes and procedures,
- Good knowledge of agile methods, frameworks and techniques,
- Innovative, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to learn,
- Very strong organizational skills,
- Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to summarize complex issues / data sets to be able to share effective targeted management information,
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills (e.g. the good abilities to prepare management presentations),
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with defined timelines and keeping key senior stakeholders and technology and operations partners appropriately updated,
- German language skills at upper intermediate level or higher.
