For our client, a large SSC in Krakow, we are looking for a payroll specialist to service the Swedish market.

Requirements
  • at least 3 years of experience in managing payroll for the Swiss market.
  • proven experience in collaborating with payroll service providers.
  • capability to understand and implement policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and company goals.
  • proficiency in English.
  • fluency in German and/or French is highly desirable.
  • excellent problem-solving abilities to handle complex payroll issues.
  • strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
  • oversee the full payroll operations for the Swiss market.
  • work closely with the payroll service provider to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
  • supply all required data to the payroll service provider to support payroll preparation.
  • verify and review payroll results to confirm their accuracy.
  • liaise with relevant authorities concerning documentation and benefits.
  • handle the processing of salaries, benefits, and other payroll-related payments.
  • engage in payroll projects aimed at enhancing processes, standardization, and digitalization.
  • stay updated on labor and social security laws to ensure compliance.
  • develop cash forecasts and accrual estimates for financial reporting.
  • audit and confirm payroll journal entries, including any necessary internal charges.
  • offer support and advice to employees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding payroll issues.
