Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in accounting or similar direction.
• strong experience in accounting (at least 5 years in Procure to Pay area in SSC or BPO structures,
• project improvement mindset,
• strong cummunication and analytical skills,
• indepandant in action,  
• experience in project management area (focus on change management),
• experience in Global Supply Chain or Procurement or e-Invoicing tools deployment is a huge plus,
• knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP in FICO Module.

Responsibilities

• participation in standardization of P2P processes with a special focus on Invoice to Payment part.
• entering new automatisations for P2P scope from  root cause analysis, through solution proposal & approval among all stakeholders, its deployment and building constant monitoring mechanisms,
• looking for space for continous improvements and staying on top with the bast pratices on market,
• support for project of transformation from P2P side,
• implementation of standard processes such as key controls,
• being first point of contact for accounting departments.
