(Junior) Payroll Coordinator with German

Requirements:
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist, HR Advisor, Payroll Specialist, HR Administrator, or similar roles),
  • practical knowledge and experience in payroll are advantageous but not required,
  • fluent in English and German,
  • strong analytical and organizational skills,
  • eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Responsibilities:
  • review and process timesheets, work records, allowances, benefits, and other payroll elements, and upload data into the Workday system,
  • collaborate closely with external local payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance,
  • accurately process and validate monthly payroll for our workforce,
  • provide assistance to local management on administrative questions related to payroll, pensions, insurance, and other HR-related queries,
  • work closely with HR Administrators and HR Coordinators to ensure seamless HR operations.
