For our Client, a leading international packaging manufacturer, we are currently looking for VP Sales responsible for sales activities in the CEE region.

Requirements:
  • master Degree in the field of management or MBA diploma,
  • 5–7 years of experience on similar senior sales leadership role within the packaging, technical or Consumer Goods business environment,
  • proven track record in managing a leading sales structure in Poland or internationally,
  • accustomed to working with advanced business models and modern corporate infrastructure,
  • an international mindset is necessary to work with colleagues across the globe,
  • excellent modern leadership skill-set and tool-set with ability to inspire action and build a highly engaged and performance-oriented team,
  • business acumen and ability to operate at both strategic and operational level with high attention to detail,
  • good influencing, people and project management skills as well as analytical and troubleshooting competences,
  • self-starter, positive attitude, and drive for results approach,
  • fluency in Polish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • develope and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term ambitious goals by leading an exceptional team and the entire customer experience,
  • lead and manage the sales structure exceeding 50 people and manage sales from 6 production sites in the CEE region,
  • manage budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting to achieve sustainable profitability,
  • inspire an action together with the Board of Directors to ensure company’s long term vision and mission would be achieved,
  • advocate the company’s values, mission and vision and act as a role model both internally and externally,
  • maintain positive and trust-based relations with business partners and shareholders on the local and Group levels,
  • communicate business priorities, ensures clear expectations, and takes ownership of company performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable,
  • drive innovation in product design, operational manufacturing processes, and technology to maintain a competitive edge,
  • report directly to the Regional Managing Director and dotted line to the Global Sales Director.
