Requirements

• knowledge of English at the C1 level,
• effective communication abilities,
• prior experience in customer service is nice to have, but not obligatory,
• analytical thinker and decision-maker,
• team player skills,
• solid understanding of Excel or similar analytical software tools.

Responsibilities

• checking and verifying the accuracy of statuses regarding external business customer payments,
• contacting customers by email and phone to determine details of late or missing payments,
• providing relevant information and instructing customers to take the next steps,
• escalating problematic situations to second-line support,
• analyzing data and creating system reports.
