For our Client - real estate fund - we are seeking for a talented candidate for a position of Asset Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible to overseeing portfolio of commercial assets.

Opis stanowiska
- Ensure that the dedicated properties are maintained in the highest possible standards
- Monthly, quarterly and annual report of portfolio
- Analysis of administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the assigned portfolio
- Monthly review of operating statements
- Control and analysis of all projects agreements (commercial and operational)
- Assist in the due diligence projects
- Coordination of external real estate agencys responsible for property management and leasing
- Liaise with property tenants, local authorities, contractor, brokers, attorneys, etc.
- Foster and maintain positive business partnerships
- Assist in market research efforts
Profil kandydata
- Master Degreewithin business, finance, or real estate
- At least 5 years of proven experience within asset management positions or working in real estate agencies (capital market or leasing departments)
- Ability to workwithfinancialconcepts and performfinancialanalysis
- Experience within commercial real estate sectors (office)
- Strong analyticalskills
- Very good English
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong interpersonal skills
