PwC Poland’s RPA Robotics team employs more than 50 people. We support all aspects of the automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and in Central-Eastern and Western Europe. We work with most RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, MS PowerAutomate, etc.). We help clients understand a variety of business processes in finance, HR, purchasing, sales and logistics.

We are looking for:

Junior RPA Developer(s)

Your future role:

  • Collaborate on a variety of initiatives as part of the Intelligent Process Automation team, 
  • Craft novel robotic solutions tailored for both internal and external clients; evaluate internal workflows to pinpoint automation prospects, 
  • Develop robust architecture for RPA / IPA implementations, 
  • Utilize UiPath, Power Platform and alternative technologies to design and deploy solutions, 
  • Conduct evaluations to verify that solutions fulfill specified criteria, 
  • Compile documentation for development and record changes, components, functions, and error management processes, 
  • Take part in team sessions for sprint planning, 
  • Act as the main point of contact for addressing technical queries. 

Apply if you have:

  • Background in enhancing and redesigning processes, 
  • First experience in software development along with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, 
  • Basic experience in scripting languages (eg.  VBA , GScript, Office Script etc.) 
  • Experience or knowledge in analytical and algorithmic thinking 
  • At least one year of working experience in Finance, Accounting, Data / Analytics, Project Management, PMO etc.  
  • Ambitions to move your career path towards software development, coding and scripting  
  • Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking. 

Nice to have:

  • Any kind of experience with UiPath, Power Automate or other RPA platforms.
