This includes facilitating various forms of mobility: short-term & long-term assignments, permanent transfers, and virtual mobility within the PwC network. As a key part of the Human Capital (HC) function, the Mobility team plays a crucial role in nurturing our talent community.
Our Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) Mobility team is a dynamic group of nine individuals stationed across different locations, with management based in Warsaw, Poland. This multicultural team is composed of friendly and experienced professionals.
We are looking for:
Global Mobility Consultant
Your future role:
- Collaborate intensively within our team, creating value for our internal clients, and enjoying the journey.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to international candidates, assignees, and mobility sponsors.
- Utilize your influencing skills and seek consensus to drive successful outcomes.
- Consult with subject matter experts and local territory contacts to establish complex cross-border arrangements and mobility structures.
- Develop mobility cost estimates, mindful of budget constraints, apply appropriate assignment policies and packages, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Manage assignment life cycles, ensuring consistency across the CEE region and adherence to processes.
- Foster strong relationships with key contacts within the Mobility network, as well as with our broader stakeholders in Human Capital, Tax, and Finance departments.
- Stay informed about mobility processes to maintain expertise and share knowledge.
- Lead and engage in various projects, contributing to team success and offering ideas for efficiency improvements.
- Oversee third-party vendor management.
- Collaborate with Mobility Business Partners on continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
Apply if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in expatriate management, ideally covering areas such as immigration, international tax, social security, relocation, and human capital
- Proven fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Holds a minimum bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Be a cooperative team player who can support, train, and mentor colleagues
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, especially in multicultural environments
- Client-oriented with the ability to apply assertiveness when needed
- Motivated with strong time management skills; capable of making decisions and setting priorities independently
- An ability to pinpoint areas for improvement and innovate solutions
