We are looking for:
Senior Operations and Reporting Associate
Your future role:
- Taking data and translating into a relatable, digestible, creative form to use with business teach,
- Taking ownership for delivery of project tasks,
- Design and develop reports and dashboards,
- Reporting to one of our Managers, keeping them updated on progress and discussing issues,
- Escalate material failures, concerns or themes to the Manager and Senior Manager. You will also support the Manager and Senior Manager in generating, reviewing and providing high quality and insightful reports to leadership and the business when required,
- Investigate discrepancies identified and obtain proposed remedial actions,
- Being an active role in wider team activities, such as supporting delivery of key strategic projects, communications, process improvement, knowledge sharing, social activities etc.
Apply, if you have:
- Minimum 2 years in progressive professional roles involving prior experience in the delivery of workstreams,
- Experience in Power BI (required) and Power Platform (beneficial),
- Able to demonstrate excellent facilitation and presentation skills,
- Able to create relevant and effective content to support leadership development,
- Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex discussions,
- Continuous learner who stays current with both internal and external business and professional trends and approaches,
- Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and high levels of self-motivation,
- Able to build relationships and connect with virtual audiences to draw out different perspectives.
