Requirements
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in sourcing/procurement processes,
- solid knowledge and practical experience in strategic sourcing techniques,
- strong commercial and contract negotiation skills,
- project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- analytical abilities,
- high level of organizational and prioritization skills to ensure timely delivery of client-focused activities,
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
- proficiency with sourcing systems such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa,
- proficient with all PC applications - Word, Excel, Power Point,
- proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong customer service orientation,
- very good command of English (min. B2 level).
Responsibilities
- collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies,
- identifying and managing cost optimization and sourcing projects,
- leading sourcing processes such as RFQ/RFP/RFI,
- conducting spend analysis to drive procurement efficiency and savings,
- defining and validating savings calculation methodologies,
- managing supplier relationships for contract compliance and performance,
- proactively identifying and mitigating risks in sourcing processes,
- leading cross-functional sourcing teams, aligning initiatives with business goals,
- supporting catalog and contract management to ensure accurate procurement documentation.
