For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for candidates for the position of IT Sourcing and Procurement Manager.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in sourcing/procurement processes,
  • solid knowledge and practical experience in strategic sourcing techniques,
  • strong commercial and contract negotiation skills,
  • project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • analytical abilities, 
  • high level of organizational and prioritization skills to ensure timely delivery of client-focused activities,
  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
  • proficiency with sourcing systems such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa,
  • proficient with all PC applications - Word, Excel, Power Point,
  • proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong customer service orientation,
  • very good command of English (min. B2 level).

Responsibilities

  • collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies,
  • identifying and managing cost optimization and sourcing projects,
  • leading sourcing processes such as RFQ/RFP/RFI,
  • conducting spend analysis to drive procurement efficiency and savings,
  • defining and validating savings calculation methodologies,
  • managing supplier relationships for contract compliance and performance,
  • proactively identifying and mitigating risks in sourcing processes,
  • leading cross-functional sourcing teams, aligning initiatives with business goals,
  • supporting catalog and contract management to ensure accurate procurement documentation.
