In PwC Poland’s Digital& we create innovative applications and deliver data-driven insights by combining software engineering expertise with advanced data analysis, including GenAI applications. Our capabilities span across data science, UX design, business intelligence, data engineering, frontend & backend development and cloud solutions. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that we deliver comprehensive, impactful solutions that drive business success. We carry out projects in various industries, including banking, insurance and retail, supporting clients from Europe, the USA, South America and Asia.

We are looking for:

AI & Data Analytics Manager

Your future role: 

  • Lead the execution of AI and data analytics projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions that meet client needs and drive business value, 
  • Translate complex business challenges into structured analytical tasks, utilizing appropriate technical tools to provide actionable insights,
  • Provide quality oversight and day to day supervision of analyses and models delivered during AI & data analytics engagements, 
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, crafting compelling proposals and contributing to sales pitches to expand PwC's AI and data analytics service offerings,
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop thought leadership, go-to-market strategy, new offerings and value proposition of current and future PwC's services in AI & Data Analytics,
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development within the field of AI and data analytics.

Apply, if you have: 

  • 7+ years of relevant business experience, especially in consulting, banking or retail,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions,
  • Hands-on experience in applying advanced analytics and AI to real business problems,
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills essential to work with overseas clients.
