THE WORK:
This role is an integral part of the Risk andamp; Compliance Team and will partner directly with Operations Teams and the Client to ensure process documentation is of the highest quality. This involves understanding systems, processes, applications, then designing, and writing documentation in support of them. The information may be presented in the form of user and implementation guides, process flow documents or process manuals. You will also play a key part in the ongoing maintenance and development of processes.
Granting and controlling accesses to Client and Third Party systems and tools. Due to the nature of the role the Analyst may be exposed to information of a sensitive nature and therefore is expected to respect the duty of confidentiality at all times.

Main responsibilities:
- Answering to tickets and queries regarding accesses
- Checking compliance of request
- Making sure that all approvals are in place
- Making sure that all mandatory trainings for requestors are completed
- Reconciliation of granted accesses and report any abnormalities
- Identifying gaps, opportunities and operational risk
- Ad hoc reporting, queries, projects
- GDPR check
- Control PII and SPII data

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum 2-3 years of business experience ideally in an accounts department or similar role type within a financial services environment.
- Degree qualified.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office – Excel required at intermediate level.
- Proficient Business English - verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Experience in stakeholder and client management.
- Experience of problem solving andamp; decision making.
- Understanding of the BPO environment.
- Ability to work in a changing environment.
- Ability to work with and meet tight deadlines regularly.
- Experience in using Payment and Banking Tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated strength in project management fundamentals, client negotiation skills, and strong analytical skills.
