What you will do
We'll provide on-the-job training and support to help ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding. Your scope of duties will be focused on:
- Providing front-line support to our clients across phone, email, web chat, and social media
- Answering queries from our client base on all of our products and platforms
- Resolving trade queries
- Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages
- Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks
- In doing so you'll benefit from exposure to a vibrant, commercially driven environment, with development opportunities encompassing everything from client reactivation and retention to premium client service and dealing roles.
What you’ll need for this role:
You don’t need formal financial education or experience to apply, although a background in finance, economics, or related fields is preferred. What matters most is your genuine interest in financial markets, client services, and your commitment to learning. If you have self-study experience, certifications, or personal projects related to financial markets, please include these in your application to demonstrate your passion and knowledge in this area.
We’ll provide on-the-job training and support to ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding. What’s essential is a genuine interest in financial markets and client services, coupled with strong motivation, attention to detail, and an aptitude for numbers. You’ll also need:
- At least one of: a background in finance, economics, or a related field; experience in a financial or banking environment, or a client servicing/sales role; a demonstrated interest in financial markets;
- A degree-level education;
- Fluent competency in Italian (verbal and written) and high level of competency in English;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- A logical and analytical approach to problem solving;
- Confidence to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure;
- Literacy in MS Office;
- Good working knowledge of any additional European language would be a distinct advantage.
Desirable:
- A sales background or good working knowledge of any additional European language may be a distinct advantage
