Requirements
- higher education (in accounting or finance would be an asset),
- very good command of English and German (min. B2 level),
- experience in areas such as OtC, PtP or Cash Collection,
- good understanding of accounting principles,
- working knowledge of SAP,
- good skills in MS Excel and Word,
- strong communication and analytical skills,
- ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems,
- ability to stay focused on deadlines and effectively prioritize daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- processing all supplier invoices in accordance with documented procedure,
- initiating vendor setup and maintenance in financial systems when necessary,
- responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner,
- preparing payment proposals and executing payments as per schedule,
- ensuring customer service,
- posting incoming payments and reconciling accounts,
- preparing and posting manual payments,
- performing internal and external reporting,
- managing credit limits.
