Requirements
- minimum 10 years of professional experience including at least 3 years as Finance Director,
- degree in business administration, specializing in finance or controlling, or an equivalent qualification,
- strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a mid-sized team,
- proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office,
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
- excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
- experience in a manufacturing environment,
- fluency in Czech and English.
Responsibilities
- manage the annual budget process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range plans for Czech legal entity,
- provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations based on business performance,
- deliver monthly management reports, including actual vs. budget analysis, cost management analysis, inventory tracking and analysis,
- oversee the process of local statutory reporting,
- lead the integration of local financial processes into global systems in close collaboration with internal teams,
- being Finance Business Partner to Managing Director and other Management Team Members,
- lead and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring talent growth and performance management.
