
Infrastructure Managed Services Team is part of Managed Services Operations in PwC Poland with a comprehensive service offering supporting our clients in preparation, structuring and implementation of infrastructure projects & investments.
Infrastructure Managed Services encompasses a full suite of services focusing on successful delivery of investment projects including infrastructure projects & program management, cost controlling, schedule management, risk management, quality controlling & management, documents management, construction on-site support, project controls, contract & claim management, stakeholders management and other.
Infrastructure Managed Services Team while based in Poland focuses on servicing clients across the whole EMEA region with Poland and Germany being priority markets.
We are looking for:
Expert with German in Risk Management for Infrastructure & Construction Projects
Your future role:
- Lead and manage client engagements focusing on infrastructure construction management services covering primarily risk management for infrastructure investments,
- Support our clients in successful delivery of large, groundbreaking, complex & long-term infrastructure investment projects with effective construction monitoring and management services,
- As a risk management expert, you support effective project execution and make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of the projects,
- Cooperating closely with various teams and stakeholders and ensure that our clients can implement their major construction projects successfully and efficiently in accordance with the project goals,
- Comprehensive risk planning and management, including development of risk management methodologies, risk assessment and mitigation plans and risk monitoring through risk registers,
- Ensuring smooth flow and clarity of communication and information between other project participants and key stakeholders,
- Coordinating with a team of infrastructure construction experts responsible for cost controlling, schedule management & project management,
- Support in design and optimization of service delivery model and process flow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and continuous monitoring of quality and cost efficiency based on SLAs and KPIs.
Apply if you have:
- Proficiency in German and English,
- Relevant engineering degree and a 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in risk management of medium and large infrastructure projects, or in a comparable controlling environment,
- Practical work experience in the area of risk management in construction projects,
- In-depth knowledge of commercial planning and control in the area of infrastructure and large-scale investments construction,
- Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., risk management software, Safran Risk, Primavera P6, MS Project) and have knowledge of conducting Monte Carlo simulations and QSRA,
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders,
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously,
- Availability to travel and work in the project offices for an average of three days per week.
