THE WORK
TEAM & CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Training New Joiners
- Conducting 1:1 meetings
- Monitoring team performance
- Monitoring SLA & KPIs and conducting RCA
- Preparing and carrying out burn down plans in case of the backlog
- Reporting to Client stakeholders
PTP PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Attempt to resolve Vendor requests and inquires which do not require the Client referral
- Manage inquires from Vendors in accordance with the point of contact matrix
- Record all Vendor request and inquiry details in workflow system
- Route Vendor requests and inquiries to relevant parties using workflow system, for such CCR parties to review, action and resolve such Vendor issues in accordance with the point of contact matrix
- Record vendor requests and inquiries, as agreed between the parties, received by supplier into workflow system/service now

- Experienced in the collections process, demonstrating deep understanding and expertise
- Confident in phone communication, not afraid to make calls when needed
- Highly responsible, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with accuracy
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Motivated and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment
- Analytical and able to connect the dots, spotting patterns and insights
- Fluent in English and German, with at least B2/B2+; level proficiency
- Experienced in leading teams, preferably in the PTP (Procure-to-Pay) area
- Familiarity with SAP and/or ServiceNow is a strong advantage
