Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
- at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry,
- proficiency in English at C1 level,
- familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes,
- experience working with ERP systems - SAP preferred.
Responsibilities
- prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports (internal and external),
- support budgeting and forecasting processes,
- develop KPI-based cost accounting, including calculation and updates of machine and labor rates,
- perform product cost controlling, including stock valuation and cost factor updates for manufactured goods,
- collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement initiatives.
