The opportunity

As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team, you will participate in international projects, leading projects, and programs for our global market clients. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments, assisting our clients through their transformation and organization change journeys.

You will also be part of a team creating industry-leading solutions in widely understood project management services.

Your key responsibilities

  • You will support our clients in diverse sectors, actively becoming a trusted advisor in project management matters for both clients and EY colleagues.
  • Your past experience will provide valuable input in project administration tasks and enrich our team dynamic.
  • You will apply and implement Agile methodologies a undertaking diverse roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach.
  • You will support strategic guidance and operational implementation of digital programs (encompassing business design, development oversight, deployment, and change management).
  • A significant portion of your role will also be dedicated to enhancing risk management tactics.

As a consultant, you will be expected to:

  • Conduct project management activities (reporting, meeting organization, task prioritization, time and risk management...) and deliver client results.
  • Add value to your clients through your industry, process, and/or sector knowledge.
  • Actively engage in the internal life of the team.
  • Expand your professional expertise through custom-designed training programs.  

Our experienced consultants already have experience in the following areas:

  • Participating in digital transformation plans (including scaled agility, digitalizing customer relations, and promoting responsible digital practices).
  • Supporting strategic guidance and operational implementation of digital programs (encompassing business design, development oversight, deployment, and change management).
  • Engaging in the implementation of innovative solutions aimed at augmenting performance and managing risks, which might include AI, RPA, Chatbots, cloud governance, and collaboration with startups.  

Skills and attributes for success

The ideal candidate will possess a higher education degree and will have at least one year's experience in a major consulting firm or a prominent global corporation. The requirements for this position include:

  • Higher education in relevant fields. 
  • Preliminary experience with Project Management such as implementing a new application, implementing a new IT program, system integration or interface creation. 
  • Good understanding of Project Management principles. 
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and/or Lean methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a knack for clear articulation. 
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal communication skills.  
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex topics deeply and execute successful transformation strategies.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French, native or bilingual.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English in a professional setting.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for a period up to one week per month (no need for sponsoring visa).

Ideally, you will also

  • Have master’s degree or MBA in relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Have 1 to 3 years of extensive working experience.
  • Have proficiency in project management tools such as Teams, Jira, Trello, GitHub, Miro, Slack, ServiceNow, Triskell, and more. 
  • Have relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP.
  • Have previous experience in project management in direct collaboration with executive committees.
  • Have additional experience within the Government and Public Sector would be highly valued.
