
For our Client, a company in the technology industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Business Partner / HR Manager. Independent role, responsible for a small branch in Poland (50 FTE). Prompt availability of the candidate is important - starting immediately or a maximum of 1 month notice period.

Requirements
- min. 5 years job experience in the role of HR Business Partner in international companies,
- knowledge of Labor Law,
- independence and a sense of responsibility,
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborates excellently with colleagues, teams, and other functions,
- ability to work in a flexible environment,
- English fluent (working on a daily basis).
Responsibilities
- coordinate standard HR processes in the regional branch, including but not limited to employee engagement, onboarding, performance appraisal and employee benefits for Poland,
- create and implement new activities to integrate, grow and develop the current international team and attract new talent,
- strengthen organizational culture and core values through various internal initiatives and team building activities,
- work closely with company and department leadership to identify employee needs and implement appropriate solutions,
- work with local universities to implement partnership and internship programs, participate in job fairs,
- communicate with external HR and payroll service provider.
