You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
Junior Active Sourcer with German
Your future role:
- Identification of candidates via LinkedIn and other sources/platforms,
- Candidate mapping,
- Gather market intelligence & industry knowledge,
- Written candidate approach via LinkedIn,
- Other tasks related to recruitment coordination, e.g. interview coordination and scheduling, recruitment admin (pre-Screening CVs, writing and posting Job ads, opening Job requisitions).
Apply if you have:
- A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field,
- 1+ years of experience in active sourcing or headhunting,
- Proficiency in English and German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter, social media searches and other sourcing channels,
- Knowledge of active sourcing techniques, sourcing tools, online databases,
- Understanding of the unique talent needs and challenges within a Big4 environment in CH and familiarity with the professional services industry in CH,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to identify key competencies in candidates,
- Flexibility and excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, proactivity, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
