Requirements
- +3 years of experience in a similar role in an international organization,
- strong HR administration background,
- experience with payroll input preparation/vendor management/output verification,
- experience in international organization and cooperation with CoEs,
- strong process development/automation mindset,
- ability and willingness to drive more soft skills related activities - i.e. onboarding,
- fluent English - working on a daily basis,
- knowledge of Workday - will be an asset.
Responsibilities
- ensuring day-to-day HR administration support for employees and managers (Polish scale),
- payroll calculation, cooperation with payroll vendor,
- preparing and processing HR documents,
- assisting with onboarding and offboarding,
- benefits administration,
- PFRON, PPK, GUS, ZUS administration,
- preparing HR reports/statistics,
- keeping employees’ data accurate and up to date in HR/Payroll system.
