Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in similar position in SSC structures or BIG4 company or outsourcing company,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance,
- good understanding of transfer pricing processes,
- knowledge of SAP system will be huge assets,
- openness to data analytics/process automation tools (e.g. VBA, Alteryx, Power BI),
- high business culture and communication skills,
- analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
- willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
- fluent in English (at least B2),
- experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset.
Responsibilities
- maintain the (operational) TP data model(s) (understand the company structure and intercompany trade relations, assure arms lengths margin allocations, calculate transfer pricing adjustments and assure the proper recording and accounting treatment), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and audit readiness,
- assist in the development of data models and implement control-based governance for financial transactions and related transfer pricing data,
- interpret and manipulate large datasets to support TP analysis and decision-making,
- update and operationalize transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance and efficiency,
- assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, ensuring timely and accurate communication,
- prepare tax and financial analysis reports and presentations, incorporating research and quantitative analysis,
- write technical memos detailing the analytical process and findings for internal and external stakeholders,
- document interviews and prepare detailed summaries for team members to support informed decision-making,
- accounting treatment responsibilities of adjustments,
- perform other duties as required.
