The team you will be working with is One Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.

Requirements
- previous experience in international mobility or HR administration would be an asset,
- proven ability to thrive in an international environment,
- strong service orientation with a commitment to delivering outstanding support,
- fluency in English (min. C1 level),
- good communication skills,
- ability to work in a higly matrixed international envronment with different stakeholders from different locations,
- proficiency in MS Excel will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- collaborate with HR Administration & Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent and Finance teams, as well as external service providers,
- ensure timely coordination of work permits and visa applications,
- coordinate practical services including: bank account setup, relocation, temporary housing, house search, and intercultural training,
- create POs for all invoices related to employee relocation,
- contribute to projects focused on continuously enhancing services.
