Senior Master Data Specialist (Material)

Requirements

• at least 3 years of experience in a similar role - a necessary condition, strong knowledge of Material Master Data Management,
• advanced proficiency in Excel,
• fluency in English (at least B2 level),
• experience working with SAP system will be a significant asset,
• proven ability to work independently and manage tasks under time pressure,
• strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail,
• readiness to support less experienced team members,
• experience in SSC/BPO environments will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• execute daily operational tasks related to Master Data, including data creation, extension, and maintenance,
• cooperate closely with business units across multiple countries within Europe,
• conduct complex ad hoc audits to identify and correct discrepant or invalid data, ensuring data quality control,
• ensure all master data changes are made in accordance with established procedures and standards,
• prepare and update internal processes and manuals,
• participate in projects focused on automation and standardization,
• promptly escalate incidents and issues related to Master Data, working closely with relevant teams for resolution.
