PwC Poland’s RPA Robotics team employs more than 50 people. We support all aspects of the automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and in Central-Eastern and Western Europe. We work with most RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, MS PowerAutomate, etc.). We help clients understand a variety of business processes in finance, HR, purchasing, sales and logistics.
We are looking for:
(Tech) Business Analytics
Your future role:
- Participation in the Creation and Design of Modern IT Solutions,
- Engaging in the development and design of modern IT solutions (involvement in all phases of software development) for companies in the financial sector (banking, insurance), FMCG, retail, industry, and more,
- Active participation in the application development and automation phase, including: managing the process of gathering requirements and documentation, leading project meetings, conducting business analysis, developing algorithms based on established methodologies, aligning algorithms with clients, collaborating with the development team to refine requirements, solving algorithm-related issues that arise during programming, conducting substantive testing, and supporting clients in UAT,
- Supporting the sales and proposal process by preparing analyses of technological needs, planning, gathering requirements, and organizing developers' work,
- Participating in software implementations and cooperating with users to resolve ongoing issues.
Apply if you have:
- Higher education degree or final-year university students—preferably in STEM fields (Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines),
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: business requirements analysis and project specification development or system analysis,
- Ability to combine business and technical knowledge,
- Strong analytical thinking skills,
- Ability to build mathematical, statistical, or programming algorithms,
- Openness to diversity and willingness to enhance personal competencies,
- Good command of English (minimum B2).
Nice to have:
- Practical experience with RPA technologies (UiPath, MS Power Automate),
- German language skills at a communicative level.
