Requirements
- minimum half a year of experience in finance or accounting,
- understanding of the core principles of the P2P process,
- practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP),
- experience in a Shared Service Center will be an asset,
- proactive approach with a focus on process improvement,
- strong analytical skills with attention to detail,
- very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level),
- fluency in Dutch will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- efficiently process, digitize, and categorize invoices according to procedures, local processes, and tax regulations,
- verify invoice accuracy by comparing with purchase orders and documentation,
- support digitalization for improved record-keeping and accessibility,
- assist in reviewing aged vendor items and resolving discrepancies,
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth P2P processing,
- maintain and update knowledge on accounting and tax requirements through provided training and materials.
