Your responsibilities:
- Supporting all office services across the HedgeServ regions (EU/AUS/PHP) and working as part of the Facility Team
- Handling/processing incoming calls / post
- Preparing orders for and managing all office deliveries
- Raising POs, managing incoming invoices for all regions and managing vendor relations
- Supervising on site locally any maintenance services and following up on completed work reports and co-ordinating services at other locations
- Supporting all Sports and Social teams on booking events and activity
- Coordinating courier services across all regions
- Support onboarding/separation employee process and coordinating tasks with relevant internal stakeholders
- Supporting the HedgeServ Employee Notification System and Hotel Desking processes
- Maintaining all logs and budgets and providing reports relevant to the above tasks
- Any tasks as directed by your Supervisor
Our requirements:
- Business Administration / Management degree
- An enthusiastic person who is keen to learn and can cope under pressure to work in our busy office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and flexible
- Computer literate and with good Excel knowledge
- Full training will be provided
