The Application Managed Services team is a part of PwC Poland, involving 70 superheroes who react before anyone even notices a problem! Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. Our work is recognized worldwide – from Newfoundland to Singapore; we work in several languages. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. We are looking for:
Marketing Cloud Consultant
Your future role:
- Assist in the support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Marketing Cloud applications, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with business objectives,
- Participate in platform upgrades (Marketing Cloud Releases), including analysis of changes, development, and configuration,
- Contribute to the creation and updating of documentation to ensure clarity and consistency,
- Learn from senior developers and actively participate in a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team,
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem's functionality and efficiency,
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
Apply if you have:
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud application tools: Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Connect,
- Understanding of Salesforce Architecture: having understanding how Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration with Salesforce CRM is implemented,
- Basic Salesforce Data Modeling Skills: Understanding of data management and security best practices,
- Experience in usage of: SQL, HTML, CSS, JS,
- Experience in building personalized dynamic emails utilising scripting (AMPscript),
- Understanding of tools such as segmentation, automation, tracking and analytics,
- Willingness to Learn Salesforce Integrations: Basic understanding of integration patterns and platforms,
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to use Marketing Cloud monitoring and debugging tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability,
- Team Player Attitude: Willingness to work on IT support projects and collaborate in an international environment. Able to work independently to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
Nice to have:
- Possessing Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification would be a big advantage (Admin, Email Specialist or Consultant),
- Knowledge and experience with support Data Cloud,
- Interest in Salesforce AI solutions like Einstein Analytics,
- Open-mindedness to learn new technologies and solutions.
