Requirements
- experience in Master Data Management area with 4-5 years of experience and solid knowledge of MDM processes,
- at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader,
- eagerness to learn procedures and readiness to provide substantive,
- support to the team members,
- strong taking ownership attitude,
- fluency in English (at least C1),
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- leading a team of up to 12 Master Data Specialists (supervising, motivating, and supporting in complex activities and escalations),
- overseeing day-to-day operations and delegating tasks,
- designing, developing and implementing MDM solutions and new processes, participating in MDM projects,
- preparing detailed documentation and process instructions,
- maintaining good relationships and cooperating closely with local businesses and project leaders to align MDM initiatives,
- ensuring that systems, procedures, KPIs and overall process management adhere to company policies,
- actively supporting ongoing projects and regional initiatives.
