Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration, including the preparation of annual financial statements for hedge funds, with significant experience in private equity,
- bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics,
- experience in preparing financial statements and liaising with auditors,
- relevant experience with registry applications, subscriptions, redemptions, and distribution processes,
- strong understanding of complex financial instruments,
- proficiency in MS Excel,
- fluency in English,
- excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- calculation of daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Values (NAV),
- reconciliation of bank and broker statements,
- pricing of complex portfolios in accordance with fund documents and company policies,
- calculation of fund fees and expenses, along with coordination of payments,
- preparation of financial statements and liaison with auditors for annual reporting,
- monitoring of fund terms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,
- understanding of tax reporting requirements,
- assisting fund managers with queries and specific reporting requirements,
- reviewing and interpreting fund documentation to ensure compliance,
- conducting analytical reviews of NAV reports to identify inconsistencies,
- ensuring adherence to compliance, audit requirements, and internal policies.
