Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP),
- university degree in Finance & Accounting or a related field,
- strong command of English (min. B2 level),
- practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and Excel,
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
- experience in a Shared Service Center or in process transition will be an asset.
Responsibilities
- address and resolve discrepancies in invoice verification against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution,
- process invoices in the system in accordance with established procedures and local legal requirements,
- perform necessary tasks during month-end and year-end closing procedures,
- identify and implement opportunities to improve the invoice management process.
