We are looking for:
Junior HC Business Partner for the MSO Team
Location: Preferably Gdańsk or Warsaw (hybrid work model)
Your future role:
- Ongoing operational support in HR for Team Leaders
- Ongoing support for the HC Business Partner in handling and coordinating LDE (Leadership Development Experience) processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, salary review, talent review, budgeting, etc.)
- Cooperation with the personnel and finance controlling team in preparing forecasts and verifying the budget by preparing data such as headcount, joiners, and leavers
- Participation in HR consulting for the business
- Cooperation with HC Business Partners and other teams within the department structure
- Assist in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and offboarding processes
- Preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for projects in the Human Capital area and for the dedicated business unit
- Taking part in HR onboarding and developing of a new Teams within Managed Service Operations
- Data analytics in the areas of salaries, benefits, and personal data
- Preparing and presenting employee engagement survey results and actively supporting the business in developing actions to enhance satisfaction and engagement
- Administrative tasks related to HR processes
Apply if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner team
- You have proven experience in coordinating performance evaluation processes, including setting goals, conducting Performance&Reward reviews, preferably in large-scale organization
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- You have experience in managing diverse business stakeholders
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to work with large data sets
- You are skilled in preparing presentations in PowerPoint
- You have the ability to synthesize and analyze data and draw conclusions
- You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues
- You have a very good command of the English language (used at work)
- You have knowledge of labor law
