Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business. 

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification, BA Function TA Recruitment Engine based in Krakow. You will be mainly accountable for: 

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes by acting as a key partner for hiring managers, ensuring seamless candidate selection, communication, and offer negotiations. 
• Advising on talent strategies by analyzing market trends, internal talent pipelines, and workforce planning needs to develop effective hiring and employer branding strategies. 
• Promoting internal talent mobility by advocating for career advancement opportunities and supporting hiring managers in identifying internal talent. 
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies, ensuring process excellence, and enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience. 
•  Leveraging data-driven insights by ensuring recruitment data accuracy, providing reports, and enabling informed decision-making in hiring strategies.

Qualifications for the role

• You have 5+ years of experience in IT/ R&D recruitment, independently managing end-to-end hiring processes and juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the talent landscape, market trends, and skill requirements within IT/ R&D fields.
• You are highly skilled in talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and stakeholder management, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced hiring environment.
• You possess advanced project management skills, successfully leading and assigning tasks within recruitment teams.
• You are highly adept at stakeholder management, able to influence and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on all talent acquisition matters.
• You are passionate about effective communication, data-driven decision-making, and presenting innovative recruitment strategies.
• You demonstrate adaptability to change and strong self-leadership, proactively driving improvements in hiring processes.
