We are looking for a qualified individual to join our US & Lux Regulatory Reporting team as an Associate, Fund Reporting Representative I. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland. The role involves preparing and submitting regulatory reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports in advance of deadlines, i.e. monthly and quarterly BCL reporting, annual CSSF reporting, quarterly AIFMD reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for reporting.
- Validate data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and procedures.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on reporting status.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reporting processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Fluency in English.
- An interest in a career in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, math or the equivalent is required.
- Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- PC literacy, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Attention to details, extensive research and time management skills to aid in validating required information and documentation.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, with an ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
- Experience in analyzing clients’ documents would be an asset.
- Experience with preparing financial statements would be an asset.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
