YOUR TASKS

• Managing and leading the design team within Global M&C, providing direction and quality assurance for campaign assets.
• Coaching designers in the team, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the creation of design assets through self, team, and external resources to support internal communications and marketing activities across both frog and Invent brands. This includes reports, POV publications, social media flashcards, videos, assets for mailers, websites, and business-branded templates (e.g., PPT, Teams backgrounds, email signatures, swag, etc.).
• Maintaining our brand standards for Invent and frog under the direction of the brand portfolio lead, ensuring consistency and quality across all design outputs.
• Collaborating with key stakeholder groups such as Group Brand, Global Creative Heads, MACs organizations, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies.
• Working with copywriters, web implementation teams, social media marketing managers, campaign managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of design assets.
• Supporting scalable brand onboarding through internal learning and development tools.
• Leading the maintenance of visual identity tools and assets in collaboration with the Brand and Portfolio Lead.
• Conducting regular, frequent design reviews with the design team to provide input and direction to product efficient and high-quality results.

YOUR PROFILE

•  Strong leadership and team management skills.
•  Proven design experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
•  Excellent understanding of design principles and techniques.
•  Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•  Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
•  Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.
•  Experience with both digital and print design.
