Transformation Manager - D
YOUR TASKS
- Participate and/or lead the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding Transformation Consultants in successful development and submission of the project deliverables junior team members
- Analyze data and information received from Client in order to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations
- Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with the corresponding Client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with Client in order to complete the assigned deliverables
- Create and conduct convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client
- Provide support in the development of Thought Leadership and contribute to innovation events/work
- Engage in the development of your area through operational activities such as: recruitment, Learning & Development, talent management, performance management and career progression processes
- Participate and/or lead the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, intelligent automation implementation, training delivery, change management and similar
- Participate and/or lead the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements
- Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance
- Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within or outside of the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes

YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience (over 10 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within Source to Pay area
- English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
- Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation
- Very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment
- Extensive experience in process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar application
- Knowledge of BPMN notation
- Proven experience in creation and implementation of new solutions within expertise domain
- Team/people management
- Very good knowledge and experience in at least one of the eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and the ERPs (SAP, Oracle)
- Good understanding of non-ERP process supporting tools – its functionalities and offered benefits (e.g. Service Now, Jira, Fairmarkit, Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc)
- Ability to work under pressure from the business and technology community
- Excellent ability to establish and maintain world class working relationships with all peers and stakeholders, including clients
- Very good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Demonstrate proactiveness and self-reliant approach to work with a limited to no supervision
