YOUR TASKS

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently within the P2P framework.Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
• Resolve issues, serve as a resource in troubleshooting complex matters and ensure that problems are responded to in a timely manner
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders in German and English regarding invoice discrepancies and payment queries.
• Process financial data by preparing reports and analyses.

YOUR PROFILE

• Advanced knowledge of German (minimum C1), intermediate knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• analytical thinking skills
• Bachelor’s degree or student status
• At least 6 months of experience in finance/accounting area
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
