Who are we looking for – requirements:
- University degree (any) and Project Management qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing projects (independently) in a large multinational company in the area of transformation initiatives (systems, processes, business)
- Strong command of English Language
- Strong level of business accumen of GBS type of organization
- Experience in project and performance management including solid know how of project management frameworks and methodology (ability to apply and follow existing methodology)
- Possesses solid statistical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-starter, proactive and results oriented.
- Ability to influence others to congruent goals with proven track of indepentently managing matrix environment of stakeholders
- Open minded, positive thinker that identifies and pursues the opportunities for change and improvements.
- Skilled facilitator of workshops
- Exquisit communicator capable of communicating in a structured way (both written, spoken and visual)
- Capable of identifying, analysing and communicating risks with aim to mitigate them
- Ability to navigate matrix environments, identifying and connecting people required to secure deliverables
