We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate II, to join our Trustee and Depositary Services team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland – HYBRID
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Utilize Investment Compliance system daily including coding regulatory and prospectus restrictions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Work with Trustee & Depositary teams across the EMEA region, analyze investment restrictions, and provide recommendations for rule coding optimization
- Assist in the onboarding of newly launched funds into the internal systems used within the Trustee & Depositary department
- Investigate issues related to Trustee & Depositary functions and other systems used within the department
- Monitor internal and external stakeholders' data feeds to ensure they are received and delivered to internal systems
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations to minimize business operation disruptions and provide feedback to improve user experience
- Find improvement areas and work with teams to enhance processes
- Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements, data strategy and deliver data solutions
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the investment funds industry
- Experience in product-based roles within complex, enterprise, security services, custody, or Trustee and Depositary environments is highly desirable
- Candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail, good interpersonal and organizational skills in a dynamic driven environment
- Candidate should be flexible, willing to challenge the status quo and able to adapt to a changing environment
- Technical background is a strong advantage
- Prior experience with rule coding and/or support in systems such as Charles River, MIG21, Aladdin, Sentinel, ALTO is highly advantageous
- Experience in Investment Compliance area is strong advantage
- Knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD regulations is highly beneficial
