Requirements

  • experience in training or learning administration, ideally in an international setting,
  • fluency in English (C1) and German (B2),
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
  • strong analytical skills with attention to detail,
  • exceptional organizational and project management skill
  • proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions,
  • advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • supporting stakeholders in the development of the annual L&D plan,
  • overseeing training portfolios and supporting the roll-out of training sessions,
  • organizing and managing in-person and/or online training sessions and activities (including scheduling, enrollment, resource management, facility setup),
  • assisting with training-related employee inquiries,
  • helping with the development and updates of training materials,
  • administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth deployment and reporting according to global standards,
  • supporting post-training activities, including collecting feedback, preparing reports, and performing data analysis,
  • assisting HR transformation efforts by supporting assigned initiatives related to HR operations,
  • assisting with HCM system testing,
  • helping with the development of HR process documentation (SOPs, WOs, PMs),
  • acting as the HCM power user and supporting the integration of new HR technologies, including LMS updates,
  • supporting the standardization and optimization of L&D processes across the shared service, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
