Requirements
- experience in training or learning administration, ideally in an international setting,
- fluency in English (C1) and German (B2),
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
- strong analytical skills with attention to detail,
- exceptional organizational and project management skill
- proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions,
- advanced proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities
- supporting stakeholders in the development of the annual L&D plan,
- overseeing training portfolios and supporting the roll-out of training sessions,
- organizing and managing in-person and/or online training sessions and activities (including scheduling, enrollment, resource management, facility setup),
- assisting with training-related employee inquiries,
- helping with the development and updates of training materials,
- administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth deployment and reporting according to global standards,
- supporting post-training activities, including collecting feedback, preparing reports, and performing data analysis,
- assisting HR transformation efforts by supporting assigned initiatives related to HR operations,
- assisting with HCM system testing,
- helping with the development of HR process documentation (SOPs, WOs, PMs),
- acting as the HCM power user and supporting the integration of new HR technologies, including LMS updates,
- supporting the standardization and optimization of L&D processes across the shared service, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
