What you will do:
- Perform reconciliation between supplier outstanding statement and AP open invoices.
- Perform internal audit on booked invoices including manual corrections.
- Respond to process related inquiries via email and telephone.
- Maintain regular relationship with suppliers and the Client.
- Monitor the payables and unreconciled payment lines, reconcile aged debit and credit items, follow up and resolve queries related to invoices.
- Report activities and analysis requested by the Team Leader or Manager.
What we expect from you:
- Knowledge of English and Portuguese language (min. B2 level in both is required). Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus,
- High accuracy and focus on details,
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the set targets,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral,
- MS Office Excel skills,
- Availability to work on shift from 1 PM to 9 PM, Monday - Friday.
