YOUR TASKS:

• Leads a team, provide encouragement, feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
• Responsible for managing staff issues (timesheets, recruitment, managing overtime, holidays, appraisals, promotions, sickness, training, regular team meetings, etc.).
• Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert  for the client specific application of the client processes.
• Propose improvements to innovate and optimize effectiveness within the delivery.
• Manage projects, implementation and transition of processes and client relations.

YOUR PROFILE

• P2P knowledge covered by several years of work in P2P area.
• Experience in implementation and transition of processes.
• Ability to organize own work and teamwork in compliance with the operational procedures / KPIs / Client's reporting requirements.
• Experience in managing projects / processes within the delivery team and conducted together with Client.
• People management experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English.
