YOUR TASKS
- Provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues based on your process expertise.
- Ensures that your daily activities responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
- Problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices
- Reviewing instructions accompanying invoices to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in the P2P or similar area (+4 years)
- At least B2 level of English and German
- Ability to analyze end to end processes
- Multitasking, ability to organize your own work according to procedures
- Understanding KPI measures and their impact on profitability
- Experience of work in a multicultural environment, work both as a team member / independently
